How do I modify the leveling system

Example : I would like my character to have increased stats points and earn one stat point with double the skill points and one Feat each level.

With the example above I would certainly be overpowered but I want that. Is it possible?

I'm not aware of any methods to do that via in-game means, but you could download a cheat engine table and manually add extra points to yourself each time you level up.

Install Cheat Engine, download the latest table from here[fearlessrevolution.com], follow the instructions to activate it in the game. Then simply edit the stat and skill values to add yourself the desired number of points when you need them.

Open Underail first. Then alt/tab back to windows to select cheat engine. Fire cheat engine up and in the upper left under the word "file" there is a square shaped PC screen. Click this and you should see underail listed there. Click it once and then click open. If it asks you to load the cheat table associated with it you can either do that, or you can download a custom cheat table off the net (Underail expedition is good) and use it. If you want to load the custom cheat table rather than have cheat engine load it, click the yellow folder file in the upper left and choose the location where you stored the cheat table and double click it to load it. If it works you should see the scripts for the table load up down below under the words "memory view". Each line has a checkbox. Click the one you want to use and take note of what each line says. To activate godmode for example, you click the box next to that choise and then right click that line and select change record/value. Input the value you want to use and then hit enter key. This is how you change the values for all cheat tables. Many are different and have different cheats to choose from. The one labeled "underail.ct" gives you the choice to use god mode if you click the last line of script. If the cheat table does not load, go back to your game and create a save location while you are standing near a NPC character and then load it again. Now alt/tab back to cheat engine and reload the table. Rinse and repeat. Remember to change the values for each line of script you must right click the line and select "change record/value" input your value and hit enter. ALSO, the line must have a check in the box next to it. The cheat table labeled underail expedition does not give you a lot of script it seems but it does give you a "any trade accepted" choice. When you visit any merchant choose all the goodies you want and then select your money stack on your side of the trading screen by "shift/clicking it" This will create a split screen. Right stack is default so just back space until the value is empty and hit the number 1 key and then enter. Now you can take the $1 and place it in the offered section of the merchant screen and hit trade. When examining the merchants inventory notice his inventory shows his stack of money. Always drag his stack of money to the trade screen below and all the goodies you want. Then place $1 in the offered side and take it all for $1. Keep in mind weight restrictions. You can also go down the list of scripts in the "underail.ct" table and there are tons of cheats to choose from. You change their values by checking their box and right clicking and selecting "change record/value" and then hitting enter. I bumped my health up to 400 and my gun base stats to 200. Experiment.
