How do i start fight with beast?

I have the object made by Ezra and i went to the leader of the Foundry and told him the plan and he said no. What do i do now?

Go back to the guy working at Gloria and tell him you are going to do it anyway.

There's this black guy near a massive smelter in the most northern part of foundry, talk to him

Go to the guy near Gloria, discuss the repairs with him. Either do it yourself (60+ in electronics i think?) or go to the electronics vendor (near the prison) and ask him for 400/500 charons (discount with mercantile). Next thing you do is go to the mine, pick up a jackhammer which are spread everywhere around and mine 30 shards (have batteries). Load these shards into a mine cart you summon by pulling a level, you will see it. Go back to gloria, to the right side near the screen edge. There will be a level to summon a cart. Summon it. Then fiddle with the console nearby to unload the cart, move the belt and begin smelting. Next go to the hole infront of the smelter and click the beacon from your inventory. Then click it again on the floor. The fight begins, you win, everyone cheers and claps. (I just did this quest btw, i hope i didnt forget anything)

1) Repair Gloria
2) Gather the shard etc as pogchamp said
3) Gather a couple assistants to help with the battle. Dan i think in the southwest area, and Saban in the southeast area.
4) Take your device to put in the hole and activate it. Prep before doing so the battle will happen with 3 waves of enemies appearing down in the hole/step area. Trap the area up well if you do traps, prep knowing where the enemies will come from.

5) celebrate afterwards, also remember to go all the way back to Gloria, use the console to drain the molten metal and get the remains of the beast.

Just as a side note: for many builds getting extra people involved will not only barely help, but will, in fact, get you killed. Because if you damage them during the fight, the whole foundry will get permanently hostile and riddle you with bullets the moment the fight with the beast ends. And by "damage them during the fight" I mean any kind of damage. Even if an NPC gets scratched by a stray shot or deliberately walks into a fire you created, that still turns everyone hostile.

I'm still pissed about that one time the fight went perfectly for me with a suboptimal build and no traps, but SOMEONE just had to go and ruin it at the very last moment, and I got an award ceremony with a very angry mob:
