High Density Foam Padding

Who can sell it in 100-ish quality range and above? Does JKK sell it?

Engineering dude in SGS whose name I forgot can. He can get surprisingly high once the cube's stolen. Like 150 or so.
JKK doesn't so don't bother with them.

So by this logic - it should be sold by mechanical parts shops? Foundry has one, Rail Crossing has one too.

No, his inventory is non-standard. Derica in Core City and Constantine in Oculus can sell them in high range, but I think Constantine only goes up to like 140.(was wrong he does not carry it)

Pretty confident Constantine can't sell padding. Hard to prove a negative, but I don't think it's possible.

Free drones merchant has cloth and padding of high quality iirc.

Oh so he doesn't, you'd think I remember these things better with how much I played this but you'd be wrong.
