Emergency Phone Puzzle

Does anyone have any clue how to solve this puzzle? Even with 12 perception and writing down the corresponding sounds, I cannot seem to solve this possible.

Any ideas on what I can do?

It shouldn't be that hard if you have enough perception to get hints. You're aware that the numbers it gives you and the order of the buttons to pick from aren't the same, right? Like, when it says your sequence is 1234, it might actually mean the third button, the fifth button, the first button, the six button in that order.
What you need to do is figure out what hint corresponds to what button and write it down. Once you've done that it's very simple. Still takes a while but it's simple.

I ended up solving it myself after an hour of trying to match the command prompts. But it was all worth it in the end when I managed to crack the code. Afterwards I was able to solve all the puzzle with ease with my answer key.

If anyone is stuck with this puzzle and if the sounds don't change with the corresponding commands then feel free to PM me and I will give you the answer key to solve the puzzle.

I believe there are only 4 Emergency Phones in Upper Underrail where it matters (solving opens a door although you have to look for the door). Getting Phreak's orange box was a huge help and I have a tin ear. But once you pair a particular sound with one of the 6 command prompts, it doesn't seem to change from phone to phone.
