Personally I think she's fine, I kinda like the concept actually
Her effects just don't show up in the in-game numbers. So her main sin is that numbers don't go up.
Booth gives you a feat for his tattoos and you can measure what they do.
In theory I like Coral - in practice 70%+ of the charms could be worthless, kissing the charm could be a waste of action points, and it's all just to make Styg laugh at you.
Funny but I also deleted her from my game directory.
I don't need exact numbers, but it'd be nice if we could be given a rough idea of what the hell the charms do. If we can't even figure out how they're beneficial then they effectively are useless. The wiki has some of them, which were figured out through incredibly extensive testing and poking around in the game files, but that really shouldn't be necessary. And in fact, three of the charms still are unknown despite that. How are they useful? We don't know.
