Can't Shatter Targets with Cryo Stasis and I have the Perk to do it
I using a Hammer build I Super Slam a level 1 Rathound with it and it wont shatter same with other target no matter how much damage I deal am I missing somthing unless will is tied to it or somthing I have Cyrogenic Induction also my super slam hit for 600 to 800 damage so what am I doing wrong

Do the targets die when you hit them?

Are the rathounds frozen or only chilled?

OMG I figure it out I'm such a smooth brain my Armor hit first before the sledge hammer attack come out thx for your help anyway guys
