Psycho Temporal Contraction bug ?

Hello guys,I have an issue with this temporal contraction skill I have learned 3 psi skıill from Ethan at South Gate Station and leveled up my temporal manipulation to 55
62(55) right now.

After depot A I went directly to the rail crossing was the name correct me if I'm wrong
and I got my contraction skill from the doc there.
My problem is when I use the imprint it says psi ability gained:Psycho temporal contraction but when I open the quick invoker I just don't see it there among other psi abilities

Do you think I missed something lack a requirement or is it a bug ?

I have temporal increment,dilation and temporal distortion

Top right corner of the screen, click the "brain" icon. That's where you select which of all the psi skills you have learned that will be available in the invoker.

The mechanic is like a DnD wizard choosing which of his spells in his book are currently "memorized".

You can swap them in/out any time outside combat, but it will wipe your psi reserve points causing you to have to spend an inhalant.
