Quest order.
Is there a recommended quest order ? Not in terms of difficulty but in terms of story ?
Is it ok to finish Core City arena and Coretech questline before doing any Abram quests and Foundry quests for example ?

People send you to Camp Hathor and/then Rail crossing. Take them both and that is a good start. Then go foundry AND core city, and while you're there, Abram questline. I dont always follow that last route, but as far as im aware there is no canon path in the game story wise, after rail crossing.

Already did Camp Hathor and Rail Crossing.
I just have some concerns about Coretech questline ending possibly being some major story point like finishing Depot A and causing some changes in the game world preventing me from finishing Foundry or some other quests.

Nah, coretech questline is kinda majore plot point but it does not oblige you to anything. You kinda need to do things after it but you can justify your lack of action by saing "hey! look, Im trying!" in other words you are free to do anything you want after coretech line is over.
there's no need to have any order story-wise. almost all questlines are isolated and doing them in certain orders won't affect anything. there's some interaction between abram's questline and the foundry questline but i think that's about it

there is a point of no return you trigger in the main questline but you'll see it coming from miles away so there's no need to worry about it. you can continue playing and do side quests after finishing the game as well. there are no quests that trigger some kinda world change event that prevent you from doing other quests
