It should work for both genders, it's not like women have that part of they're bodies completely made of invulnerable metal, which is what somebody who put this item in the game probably thought.
I know it's a big game with lots of details and it easy to put something like this for gigles and forget, but i would've actually considered this something worth of patching-out.

I think we should just patch out women because they're not really affected by the Dirty Kick skill, which is a clear combat advantage and honestly quite a gender bias, essentially when it comes down to brass tacks females will always be superior to males in this game and THIS CANNOT STAND.

The only solution is to patch them out. This is a logical conclusion because there's more males than females in this game anyway, and if you patched out males you'd be patching out like 90% of the critical NPCs and so on.

This plan is 100% flawless and without problems and if you don't agree with it you are obviously a very bigoted individual and the world would be better off without your comments and opinions!
