Location of "Hydraulic Control Valve"

Hi everyone. I need this item to open ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gates leading to Tchort, i remember from my last run(~3 months ago) it was in Tithonus lab (where was psionic ghosts), and wiki says it is there. So i lead there and disabled all of ghosts, but still cant find this valve anywhere. Checked all of containers and etc., but nothing more than just rubbis.

HHHHHAAAALLLLPPPP I WASTING MY LIFE JUST CHECKING ALL AROUND MORE AND MORE TIMES
(i checked all container with item backlighting, but there are nothing i left behind )

It's in the little storage closet in the upper left part of the lab, IIRC.

EDIT: Make sure that your inventory viewer doesn't have key items disabled; that might be it.

How i can check it? All another items are already placed in gate mechanism, i need only this part :c
