Stuck in the Institute of Tchort
In the interview I told Amelia why I was there and everyone in the Institute of Tchort is now hostile to me. So I shoot my way through almost the entire Institute and killed Eidein from whom I got the keycard to the Deep Caverns elevator. When I activate the elevator, a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of Faceless appear and I get the mission to escape the Institute because the faceless have overrun it.Now I think that is impossible because in every room I got in there are at least 10 faceless. Do I have to go all the way back to the interview or is there another way?

You're meant to go down the elevator. It takes a while to show up so you have to survive until then. There are lights on it so you can see the progress it's making.
If you have stealth you might be able to just hide in the corner until it's ready, though maybe not. It's easy if you're friends with the Tchortists since they can act as a distraction, but too late for that now.

Hiding is good planting caltrops, chemical blob traps etc helps to, but don´t set a mine next to the other or the all go boom in one second. For a pure hiding you need really high stealth and a very good cloaking device. I normally do the planting before i talk to Edein or, in your case, activating the elevator. Don´t forget that you can throw grenades.

Thank you for your help. Now I just have to make a good last stand.
I'd recommend going back to the interview, otherwise you're missing a big chunk of the game with some of the best characters in main campaign. Still, if you piss off the Tchortists you just need to wait for the elevator and go down. Make sure you don't overwrite the interview save, DC is quite brutal (especially for the first time) and you won't be able to leave until you finish the main quest.

Deep Caverns was (in my opinion) actually pretty chill as long ass you don't have the "Eye of Tchort" debuff with makes enemies spawn. The Burrower fight in front of the Arc powerplant was epic and i got the power back running. Now the HUGE problem is Tchort himself, I did the mutagen puzzle and now only the cryo electro and mechanical tentacles are alive. Now the problem is I think I cannot win this fight. Since this is my first playthrough, I made the build myself and I definitely made some wrong decisions but I got through the entire game pretty good. I use an assault rifle and a sniper modded for extra crit dmg as deleting stick. The assault rifle I mainly use with burst fire but for Tchort I make like no dmg with the sniper and burstfire isn't strong enough. But enough writing Im gonna end my essay here.
You tried blowing up the mutagen tanks with TNT? Each one you take out slows down his regen and makes the tentacles take longer to respawn. If you destroy them all it takes like 20 turns for them to respawn so you just need to kill them once and then you get an eternity of being able to shoot the eye without him fighting back.

Well, the problem is getting to the mutagen tanks. My character has like negative stealth and I tried getting to them on foot in the fight witch also doesn't work since my with my action and movement points I can't get there and fight at the same time huge bummer.
But I think of making my next character a stealth one so I'm gonna try that out.
As a psy with highthermodynamics you can lay a carpet of fire on your wy to the tanks that helps a bit, or lay a force wall in their way. Some poisoned caltrops slows them down to. Also a alternative gear with good cloaking device and stealth clothes helps getting nearer to the tanks without being spotted, some combat drugs give also movement points. Some alternative ammo for the weapons is also quite useful in difficult fights.

Have you tried using armor-piercing ammo?
