I could answer your question but i don't know how much you want to be spoiled... I can tell you that for chemicals you can look for Fixer, Quinton (SGS merchants have two "quality upgrades" after certain events, you are currently at the first upgrade (2/3) ) and Octavia.
Also with mercantile skill checks some merchants might happen to have high quality chemical component, but it's luck dependant.
Does not list quality, but does list the kind of primary merchandise.
There are very few chemical merchants.
Fixer - Junkyard
Octavia - Institute- Hard to get to.
Travis - Rail Crossing. Sometimes has some stuff, usually incendiary.
Getting a good chem pistol is a crap shoot.
Always hang on to high chemical blob dispensers, and keep a look out for better collectors.
