Where can I acquire a good quality padding

Most trader wont sell paddings, and the one who does sells a terrible quality one.
I am looking for specifically soft padding, but a direction to merchants would be good too.

if you have access you could try the oculus, or maybe JKK or coretech? I think they have vendors.

just launched the game and found a vendor i have never seen before by chance and he sells lots of good padding,from core city in upper underrail, head north 1 tile then west 1 tile and youll find a guy named Marty in an old grocery store guarded by 2 scavengers.

^this if you need a padding with around 100 quality.

If you need a padding with 130+ quality, you need to have 85 effective mercantile and join Free Drone. You might need a lot of waiting since it's very rare.

I have seen regular traders in Core City sell components with 120+ quality once, but I believe it's extremely rare.

I checked my old saves and found that no special traders in Core City sells a padding.

I don't think Constantine has a padding. I've joined Oculus multiple times and never seen him have one. ( I can't be sure, though, because he has a chance of selling uncommon items.)
