Report a translation problem
You can actually join the Free Drones if you really don't want to gas them. But the option to do that starts with the Rail Crossing missing train quest. I'm guessing you are long past that.

And, to be fair, if everyone is already dead, no one will turn into a mutant once you flood the base.
Yup. If there's anything video games taught me it is that killing people is an effective way to prevent something bad from happening to them. :p
Was fairly clever how the easiest way to beat the quest was just to wait a bunch of turns.
