About finding Rassophore Nevil quest..
Hey!I just found him and hack computer to get rid of securty robots.However,after this i stuck all gates are closed and cannot find any control panet to open them.Is it bug?

Nope. İf you hack computer you cant open the gates as far as I know. There is oddity that drops only if you fight robots.
Fight is though if you are playing in hard difficulty.

i am playing on classic so there is no problem

The control to open the main gate is in a separate room to the southeast, see http://www.underrail.com/wiki/images/7/74/Lu-raf.png

If you can't get to that room then yes, it's most likely a bug.
