Report a translation problem
When one comes out, hit Enter key to go into combat mode. This will freeze the hooper 1 or 2 tiles away from you.
Right-click the crate in your inventory, Left-click the hooper.
You will catch it 100% of the time.

firstable I had put the game in pause and test as you propose and it didn't work!

when you cross some parts of the caves if there are cave hoppers ou enter in fight always even you want to stop this fight he start always
finaly if you have no interest to fight with high number of them you lose a lot of time for nothing
may be I don't find an easy solution

Use the hopper traps provided at the start of the quest. If you go to the storage room as sugested, you can get two for free. You can buy the third one pretty cheap. Just set the hopper trap near the holes where they spawn from and walk a good distance away so they can spawn without being scared off. Then when they are pinned down, use the crate on them for an easy capture.
