So, to break the mold, this is not a question about the Musical Puzzle.

I'm just wondering what on earth I am supposed to be looking for in the Nexus of Technology? I've been up and down the whole structure what feels like a gazillion times, but there's nothing that indicates what I'm supposed to do?

Did anyone here run into any similar issues, and were you able to progress?

In a desk. In the south end of one of the floors if I recall.

Yup its in a desk on the security floor.

Same room with the computer. Its hidden in a corner. even if you press tab its still easy to miss.

I found it, last night... I... I was so sure I looked through every single container. I was convinced!
Oh well, at least I got it. I felt so damn stupid. Thanks for the replies!

A side question about Nexus of Technology:

There are several floors that are not accessible via the elevator, such as the submarine level. Do I have to restore power or something? Or perhaps, return at a later mission? Or worst, these levels are just for show?
