But first you should check if you need to load an earlier save, because you might have turned the whole faction against you ;o)
edit: I don't remember exactly, but the mentioned (wrong) warehouse could be Protectorat and not Praetorian Security faction. I tend to confuse those two.
At least I got a Protectorate jet ski...
You could go to a protectorat facility (like the one in junkyard, or this fort i cant remember per core city's upper metro) and check if the whole faction is hostile now. If yes, then you cant join them and have to join the anarchist kiddies (free drones), well you don't _have_ to.... and I'm not sure how much of the railcrossing train quest can be triggered with a hostile protectorat faction (there you decide more or less which faction of those two you join).
