Windows 10 Full screen issue 2560x1440

How to reproduce
1. run the game and set video resolution
2. leave the game
3. run the game again: only top left quarter of the image is visible

Fix
1. Go to the game folder
2. Edit underrail.exe properties
3. Choose "Disable full screen optimizations"

I have one issue remaining though: when exitting the game, it simply switch to the desktop and leaves the application open.

Thanks, that fixed it for me with every fullscreen resolution.

I have the same issue running the game 1080p fullscreen. when i start the game its goes on the top left quarter, minimizing the game and opening it back fix it somehow, but still annoying.

Yup, same here. I have gotten used to hitting ALT-TAB a few times and that fixes it.

But if I make the mistake of switching focus to another window before the game finishes loading and gets to the title screen.... forget about it... it hangs and sometimes even starts spam opening new 'underail' windows accross my taskbar until I get into task manager and kill it.
