Broken Pumpkin?

The purple glass pumpkin cant be plased? I can buy it and pick it up, but I cant put it down again(except when clicking on the tool shelf then it will be dropped randomly on the floor) and cant put it in storage eigther? I don't know if there are other itams like this but so far this is the only one I've had the issue with?
