How do you obtain that head part for the "angry deer helmet" and "angry tapir helmet"?

Yes, this! Doesn't seem to have random drops so maybe how you kill it? What weapon possibly? I'd try a precision rifle.

Seems to be random drops from the animals. i got them both endish game my guess would be have to have the recipe and so far into the game or its just really rare, altho ive ♥♥♥♥♥♥ 2 angry tapir heads back to back when i was lookening for plants i missed.

u can obtain the deer helmat in the first isaland and tapir helmet in kovan island, it can drop as soon as u have a recipe

ok I get it, I just haven't been hunting enough deers.

It can drop from any tapir or deer you kill. Found about 5-6 tapir heads, but no deer head yet.

I killed it with the rifle.
you need to fololow the blood points.
