Myself.... its pretty bad in combat... you cant even aim correctly at the zombie infront of you... the hit mechanism seems to default to a specific direction depending on where your character is on the map. Thus easily missing the zombie or target you want to hit.
If the devs dont fix this soon so that you can swing the way your character is facing (depending ont he WASD) youre gonna see a lot of other PC gamers complaining.
I may decide to use a controller but for now Im shelving the game. If this isnt fixed and soon then I wont be buying anymore games from these guys.
Rule 1 for console ports = make sure the controls work for kb/m... and definitely not some half-arsed attempt.
Same problem here wtf.
AGREED! I've bought two copies in hope that i would be able to play with my wife story-mode (online or on two separate PCs) with mouse and keyboard.
Note that I'm not angry at all - coop mode was my mistake and seeing you guys addressing the issue, I'll just wait a bit, financing you in advance :) Really not a problem waiting for a month, if it's going to be fixed.
But I would like to have PC-like controls (no WASD in this type of games is type, rather mouse-driven movement). Two cursors issue is also annoying.
But I really like the game otherwise, and am willing to purchase DLCs/expansions etc in the future - if the game is playable.
But when issues are ironed out, I predict lots of happy PC users, especially if game continues getting upgrades (more islands, more characters/skills/objects)
It's a really cool game, but suffering from child-diseases when porting is in question
anyone know how to fix this ? I also have this problem wtf
