food and water bars?

I have been playing the game and i have items that say they restore your hunger but, I can't seem to find a hunger bar or even a water bar that is supposedly in the game to monitor those levels. can anyone tell me where they are so I don't die of starvation or dehydration lol thanks

Press "E" if you are using default controls,the 4 main status bars should show up at top in stats and inventory tabs

I tried that, all I got on there is health, precision, stamina, and strength. I don't have anything else on there lol

you have to complete kovacs little training program

if you haven't completed Kovac's tutorial yet, your stats bars will not show up and you won't die from hunger, thirst etc.
