There seem to be no info about flamers yet, but I managed to get one built and this is what you need if i remember it correctly..

1. Harpoon Grip + 2 Jerry Can + 1 Dive Tank + 1 Flanged Tube + 1 Hardware. And top it of with a red stone to make it golden for +50% dmg (not needed though)

Have fun..it's a awsome weapon. In co-op you might BBQ your friend though..lol
