Blow toxic gas?

I'm in the part where there's a lingering orange toxic cloud that I'm supposed to blow away. Dr. Miller suggested using a boat propeller helix. But I can't figure out how to build something with it?

So far I've the Helix, some motor parts and a jerry can full of gassoline, there's no option to craft something with all of it, though, any thoughts?

There is a recipe guide in the "Guides" section but it seems the Steam Search function is broken once again....
If I remember correctly, you require:
1 - Harpoon Grip (Most weapons must start with this)
2 - Jerry Can (I think 2 Jerry cans can be used for double capacity)
3 - Motorbike Motor
4 - Boat Propeller
5 - Hardware

You must select each item, in the order as shown above, before the next item option becomes available.

Weird, I couldn't find the hardware thing in the island, I guess I had to backtrack for a little bit. Anyway, I just ran through the toxic cloud using my med kits on the way until I reached the id card Dx If I really need to blow the toxic gas away I'll folloe your hint, thanks a lot.

I did not found the blueprint, so was unable to build the fan. I runned all the smoke using 2 bands and it was ok

I ve tried this but doesnt work, you make high capacity chainsaw. After the 3 first items you cant combine the 4 and 5 in the previous.

Ok found it. You need to make high capacity blower gun. You also need a flare tube with the harpoon grip, 2 tanks ( but works with 1 too), motorbike motor, fan and hardware box.
