Was mainly wondering how to get those because I have no clue

Conversationalist - just talk to various cardboard boxes throughout the game. There's one at the very beginning, one in the japanese place, and a few others.

Room Explorer - go to the second floor, there's a bellhop with a keycard that lets you into any room.

I found the guy right outside the room on the 4th floor on my second trip up there. Question is, are there any useful rooms other than the few on the 4th floor?

There are some rooms of interest on the second floor.

Conversationlist did not trigger for me. Maybe I will try on a second playthrough.

I found one in the soviet level and two in the Japanese one (talking boxes, that is).

There is one box at the begining of the station level, one near theater in soviet level, and I didn't get the achievement until I found THREE in the Japanese level.
