Stuck on mission 3

I'm on mission 3 and get to the part where there is two ledges and you're on the top fighting some soldiers while beneath you are 3 soldiers with rocket launchers. I beat all the enemies on the top but can't find away to attack the rocket launchers below and so I can't continue. Any tips?

lolz like these guys said.. you press Jump button + look down and when your right on top of them you press the shoot button.
