I am also colorblind, and was so thrilled when I discovered this. lol.
if you are on Windows you can use global colour filters.
That means that even if ANY game or software doesn't natively support colourblind mode
or
the colour variants are not particularly good choice for your colour perception, you can use the display drivers to essentially "squeeze the colour gamut" into the easily recognizible parts of the spectrum.

Go to the Accessibility settings on your computer, press the Windows logo key+U or select Start > Settings > Accessibility .
