Sound Stuttering On Linux Fix

There is a bug that affects some distributions of linux, making the music and sound stutter constantly. Thankfully there is a simple fix.

open /etc/openal/alsoft.conf with your favorite editor as root, using sudo this might look like

sudo nano /etc/openal/alsoft.conf

If there is a line saying

#frequency 44100

Change it to

frequency 48000

If the file is missing, try creating it and adding that line into it.
