It is a simple puzzle platformer. Not a bad game but for me, too repetitive to keep giving my time to (I played while on long road trips across country so for some reason my time played didn't log but I have at least 2 hours in) It is exactly as it looks so if this looks like your cup of tea then it won't disappoint. It is basically a mobile game but done nicer since it is on PC.

Life Goes On is a puzzle platformer.
Do you like puzzle platformers? If so, you'd probably like this.
I don't like puzzle games, therefore I don't like Life Goes On. The title says it all about this game.
DONE TO DEATH!!!
As in, this game is so stinking long! I mean, it's not that long, probably, but like all puzzle games, this one becomes tedious and boring three hours in. Once the levels start to really make you think and experiment, I lost interest pretty fast. And there are so many levels. Most only take a few minutes to complete, but in the fourth world, they start to take closer to 10 minutes, and I just don't have the patience for that.

The "use your dead knight buddies to solve puzzles" is a neat and unique gimmick, but the humor and charm wears off almost immediately. It's Done To Death, if you will. That isn't to say that the devs haven't come up with clever ideas in which to use your fallen comrades. The level design is usually very good. But sometimes it comes down to shooting out of a shaky cannon or the like, completely guessing and hoping for the best that you'll bounce off a wall or two and land on a switch. Yeah, it's not fun.

It's a solid puzzle platformer. Just not my thing. I started to use a walkthrough just to get through it faster, but that lasted two levels. Then I got bored and stopped playing the game. It's done to death, and my life goes on.

Крута головоломка зі своїм автентичним почуттям гумору. Ігрових механік не так багато, але всі вони доволі органічно поєднуються між собою. Основна фішка гри - йти по головах попередніх спроб - і навіть це доволі часто обігрується з різних боків. А ще наївно героїчна музика і мультяшна графіка намагаються робити вигляд, що це епічний квест, а не manslaughter.

Cool little puzzles about knights finding very valuable cups... but not the one they are searching for. The puzzle designs are great and not that difficult without being brain dead, with varied mechanics. The humour is pretty good too. Overall a very nice little game.

Fun and frustrating. Sometimes funny to watch your knights die, but then not help you out the way they were supposed to. You can look up the solution to every level, but I am stubborn and have spent way too much time trying to figure out the levels by myself. Sometimes I have to take a break for a while because a level frustrates me that much.

Finally, a game where I'm rewarded for killing someone!

Seriously though, this game's puzzle are pretty neat. And also filled with a lot of dark humour since some require you to fling a dead knight around to open the door the the (one of many) Grails. There's even special objectives like feeding Jeff and completing a level with as little casualties as possible. There's also a time attack, which I don't really like.

Some puzzle can also feel a bit buggy, so if you're interested by this game, be ready for that
