Achievements location

Trying to archive my save. Managed to identify the save files, but even with new save, the in-game achievements tab still reflects my previous progress. Where does the game store the in-game achievements progress?

Replaying the game after 100%-ing it would be more satisfying if there was a way to separate the in-game achievements from those already marked as taken by Steam (to track challenges other than per-level scores).
