Receiver for free?

I bought Overgrowth on steam. At the end of every update video on YouTube, it says that you can redeem your receiver copy. How do I get my free Receiver copy?

If you use the cd, enter it in to the secret pre-order overgrowth forum, there's a download link for Receiver and Low Light Combat up there.
