Accessing the SPF (Secret preorder forum)

Steam Users

For people who bought it from steam:

1.) Create a humblebundle account, and verify it.
2.) Go to Steam.
3.) Go to your library, click overgrowth, and select "CD Key" on the right side of the page.
4.) Copy the code and go to the following site:

https://www.humblebundle.com/s?key=YOURCDKEY

NOTE: if your key has SPACES in it, REMOVE them from the code
5.) Click the claim page button.
6.) Copy the new code displayed
7.) Go to http://www.wolfire.com/spf and put the code in.

There you go. Access to the SPF, and non-steam version of the game.

How to access the Secret Pre Order Forum when you buy it directly from steam?

I bought directly from steam and everytime I launch the game it tells me the CD Key. And I know that you have to buy the game to access those forums and to access those forums you need to do something with the CD Key, but I don't know what I exactly have to do. Can someone help me out and show me step by step what to do

You also need an account on the forum of the game to link that
"activation" http://forums.wolfire.com/

Once in the forum and it is activate, go in the secret pre order place and
download SUMLauncher... it make you able to update the game, change
your options and download/install mods.

It is a little complicate for nothing but well...

You are most likely making a mistake somewhere, like entering your CD key when you actually need to enter your SPF key.
A bit of general advice for using this forum: explaining where things start to all apart would really help us to help you.

When i go to the humble page as you linked, it comes up with an unknown key bit. It then aks for my email adress, so it can send me links to the keys I do have. Any help?

You have to replace the YOURCDKEY-part with your CD key.

so basically i bought the game and all and went to the humble store page and got the code, but im having trouble ccessing the forums unfortunately i dont know how to get it. any help will be appriciated

When i go there ( and yes ive done all of the things required) it shows this "You should have SPF access under the name "(My account name here)".Please contact us if this is not accurate." . I dont know if i dont need to do anything else or if ive done something wrong. please help thx
