how do i slit throat/choke out?

speaks for itself, ive seen it done before, how else do i shoot the face laser, and the insant self throat slit?

The laser eyes are activated by pressing F. Kills every NPC in a short radius and launches them away.

To use stealth attacks you need to get to an enemy's back and press the block key. The easiest way to do this is to sneak up on them (SHIFT). Most enemies will only notice you when you get pretty close. So sneak up, until you hear their caution sound and then run the last few steps and grab them.
The choke is activated by simply keeping them in the hold. In order to slit their throats you need a weapon and press the attack key while choking them.
