Cant progress in game cause of Crystal progression

I know that you guys have a post with your known issues, but its impossible to progress in the game, even in single player if it doesnt save my crystals. I hope theres a fix coming soon. I just got to 40 crystals, or so I thought. I later realized it hasnt saved any of my last 3 challenge crystals i achieved.. It didnt even give me the reward for the stage. :xjust thought i should post something here. I do love the game. I really hope you guys can fix all the bugs. It would be an awesome game at its final state.

Try to restart the game, i was having the same problem where i did three maps and didn't get any crystals, but when i restarted the games progress hadn't been saved, but at least then it saved my crystals.
