I cant socket runes!?!

I must be missing something, but I can not figure out how to put a rune in a socket. Can give simple instructions for this? I have been trying to drag and drop the rune to the correct color slot. I do not see any option to ad a rune at the bench or forge. Kind of game breaking for me, I have tons of slots and runes that i cant figure out how to use them. Thanks.

dubble click on the item and choose socket. then it will open a menu. dubble click the item in your inventory and yes

Heya Khronix, I'm sorry to hear about any trouble you might be having. I'll give some instructions, if any of the below instructions below don't work please let me know.

Drag & Drop

• Double click and item in your inventory that has sockets and select "Sockets"
  
• Here, it should show you the selected item and all matching Runes. Click and drag on of the runes to the correct colored socket on the left hand side.

Keyboard/Controller

• Select an item in your inventory that has sockets
  
• Hit Enter/A to open the menu and select "Sockets"
  
• Select a socket from the left hand side and hit Enter/A.
  
• A menu will then ask you to select the socket you want to equip. Select and hit Enter/A to equip.
