Allright, let me give a hint. The bookworm achievement is actually simple achievement to get. The location of the book is in one of the houses in the neighborhood, near one of the places that can be visited via the bus stop.

i found it between home and gas station there is a lot of houses he is standing in front one of them just talk to him and buy the book and you are done now i have 100 achievement
