anyone find the guy selling a book for 500$ what is it all about

I found the book and it told me to sell at the storage.. But nothing really happend after that. Was I doing something wrong or did I miss something?

Between your Home and the Gas station there is a part with alot of houses. he was standing there right next to the street. Near a guy selling his car..

A tad late but I found him in front of the Carpet Barn & Furniture Outlet

The book has been in for AGES, but I still don't know what it does. It can't go on shelves, it can't be mounted like a decoration, it can't be carried in a car, and it doesn't sell for more than it's bought for at the Warehouse. Very mysterious indeed.
