Employees should regenerate energy overnight
I close the station overnight, but my workers don't regain energy. They should go home when the station is closed and rest!

Is the only way to regain their energy to fire them and rehire? That seems strange. Should at least have an option to put them on break.

It also seems like saving and reloading resets all their energy to 100% which, although it doesn't make much sense, is a way around it.

Yes, they should rest each night. Perhaps the Developer will fix that in the future.

But for now, you can set rocking chairs (with the hammer) to allow employees a place to rest.

I also raise their energy by giving them a 'one time' pay bonus. (Or as many bonuses as each needs to increase their energy... The option is located in each employee's information section on your tablet. Click on 'Details'.) The new information will update the next time you check the employee's stats. (Don't panic if the extra energy you gave them disappears briefly.)

Buy a stool(s) or a rocking chair(s) and place it/them near employees workstation.

they can also sleep in the office bed if you set it to everyone can use.

Thanks folks, I didn't know about the stools and rocking chairs!

My employees Go and sleep in the office if they run out of energy. I have all the beds set up. It would be nice if you could tell them to rest during off peak hours

The employees should have homes where they come from. If you arrive at the gas station early enough you can see them all coming from the portal. But they dont regenerate.

Well, I gave everyone stools and now their energy seems to stay at around 95% or above. So I guess it's not my problem anymore if they never want to go home! Enjoy your stool, Daisy.
