Also, the missions are procedurally generated so they'll be different each time you play. And there's a system that rewards you for coming up with new solutions. If you just summon Superman as much as possible, you won't be rewarded as much.
Please no swear words.
It still could have been a dlc.. you know the terraria update, which is free, coming Oct. 1st features tons of content to scale with this? Just saying I agree it is hard to see how this deserves to be a separate game usually when this occurs the gameplay and mechanics are much different but I guess it is all up to the people that made the game to decide so oh well.
The problem is that the game is not just on PC, but also on Wii U and 3DS. MAYBE it might be doable on Wii U, but there's no way you'd be able to pull that kind of DLC on the 3DS version.
yea good point! All in all it looks really cool though
does it update the entire battle engine though, introduce more mechanics, completely change the way the game is played(dynamic quest system/rep system), I redownloaded terraria for the oct 1st update, but, it doesn't include over 2000 new objects/people either, or layered backgrounds.
Complaining wont change anything, this has enough content to warrant a new game, and if you own the old game, you get a loyalty bonus. Civ V expansions are $30, and we buy them, right? so if you have unlimited, this is like a $26 expansion.
