DnD Beyond Scale and Exporting

Does anyone have a good way to scale an export for DnD beyond?

When I upload and export into DnD Beyond maps they have you scale it with a medium token. I'm having a hard time getting it just right. Does anyone have a grid settings that work well for this?

Hi, do you know what tile size in pixels DnD Beyond recommends?

They don't give recommendations, however I just learned that you can resize the icon template to scale to whichever grid you make in Canvas of Kings!
