Feature Request: Trace Image

Unless I am missing a way to do this, another cool feature would be:

1. import existing images (jpg, png, or whatever)
2. allow changing scale, pan and opacity of image
3. allow image to shift between bottom and top layer
4. user can now use the image as a guide to assist in building a map
5. drop the imported image

This is a somewhat common feature in VTT (virtual tabletop) map making programs to allow folks to recreate / edit existing maps.
