Pillars Tips?

The pillars on the 3rd level got me kerfuffled rn anyone know the technique

You use both hands and pull push motion forward I can't explain it but I can show it in a video coming soon or on a guide.

For the jungle I don't recommend jumping or climbing the waterfall on the right side path because of falling to the first level.

Grab on to the closest edge of anything grab-able you can and reach as close as possible to the next and when you see a yellow stop sign you can climb on it just so you don't jump the width like i did lol.

The pillars are very challenging and I've only seen the highest level screenshots of the pillars so far.

you cant swing you gotta do the tiny rock back and push off diagonal and up really hard. Im stuck on the big red beam after the next section

and just pull yourself up after the first jump

i got up 3 times through 4 swings on the top right hold with the fingers sticking out and this pillar is an abomination in a way
