I talked to our devs and this feature is not in planning right now. I am sorry.
Honestly other than zoom and rotate to be added, there just needs to be physical buttons on screen to click with a mouse, or in touches case a finger.
Swiping up and down on the screen does move the camera angle.
Replacing the mouse right click is like Civ 5, you hold down for a few seconds, but there is no feedback from the game to tell you you're about to right click.
Playable using touch, definately. Optimized for touch, no. Best advice is to learn with the mouse and then only use touch when the mouse is not available.
