*SPOILERS*
In general if your like me you are looking for the trainers that give you the high end abilities--
Once you have crossed over into the second section of the game(after helping the commander with all the lizardmen attacking the city) --
the town of Winneb has a healer that has a quest chain. Doing that gives you him teaching healing skills(the mana regens...etc) and also gives you a hunter trainer that teaches all the bow skills.
For weapons - in mengbilla after several quest lines with the alchemist guild you can get a quest to break into this guy's house and plant poison, after a few more quest parts you can free him (Ceilego's innocense) and he ends up in Benivilla as a trainer. He teaches the remaining things that arent taught by the gladiator trainers(of which there is one in the arena and one in the arena quarter in Mengbilla)
The rest of the mage skills are taught from Imaculo- which is started from another quest chain in Mengbilla where you rescue some beggar girl then talk to Kiedra in courtasen's quarter.
That should cover most if not all the skill tree stuff. Its hard to just list where the trainers are because of the need to finish quest chains to make them avalible and sometimes you might need to finish other quests before you can tackle the quest chain for the trainers. For example the elf healer asks you for trophies to give to the hunter trainer. The first fight has wisps that are immune to all but magic damage. So that fight is hard to win without the bone mace from defeating the goblin queen, which is another quest line altogether.....
Anyway - hope that helps
Hunter Trainer: In Wobran
Fighter Trainer: In the gardens in Drol
Spell Trainer: In Mikram
Chapter 2
You just get 2 fighter trainers in this chapter. One in El Halem, and the other when you reach the arena in Mengbilla. They also offer some more hunter related skills as well, but nothing magical.
Chapter 3
Fighter trainers: 3 of them
There is the one from chapter 2 in the arena still.
There is also one just outside the arena that specializes in the more heavy armor and power weapon type skills. You have to do a quick fight with her to get access.
There is one in Ohzara at the lakeshore that specializes in the more evasion, fencing, and dual weilding type of skills. You have to get access to him through a questline started from the head of the poisoners guild in Mengbilla to frame someone.
Hunter trainer: only 1 of them. She's on the map as just herself, Nineve. You gain access through completing a quest in Winneb from Madavar. Also offers a few hunter style spells.
Mage Trainers: 4 of them
One of them is through the same questline as the hunter trainer. Madavar will teach you healing magics and buffs. Also teaches level 3 astral regeneration.
The second is Immaculo, located at his house on the map. Gain access through doing the cortesean questline in Mengbilla. I'd describe him as a generalist.
The third is located at the Heart of the Forest. Gain access through doing the quest in Bilhen. He's a druid and specializes in the more witch style of spells.
The last is Telemache(from CH 1) located in Benivilla. She teaches the same spells as she did back then.
Chapter 4
All of the Chapter 3 trainers are still there and accessable. In addition the hunter and fighter trainer from Chapter 1 are available as well.
I usually like to discover that by myself. Not sure why you want to know now instead of just playing, its your choice really. It took me like 85hs to reach and finish chapter 4.... good luck.
