First of all I'd recommend Survival and streetwise at 0 for each character. It's nearly free and gives you +1 speed. Willpower and body control I'd recommend to pump to 8 each (body control maybe to 13 for tanks)
Tank
Bronze armor, nothing heavier
Armor use 3, Dodge 3, Hammer Blow, Weapon master melee, Attack of opportunity, (shield fighting 2 for one-handed - optional).
Two-handed bashing - preferable, Two-handed swords, one handed bashing - one of them at 18, others 16 for weaponmaster melee feat.
Max STR, AGI, maybe some courage and intuition
Master archer / Healer
Regeneration Mastery, Astral Mastery, Battle reflexes, Aimed shot, (Tripple shot - only for bow), Master Archer (Steady casting, ranged spell, Dodge 3, Marksman - optional)
Healing 3, Move as lighting 3, (Standfast Catlike)
Bow (more devastating with triple shot) OR Crossbow at 18
Perception 18
STR, INT, maybe some AGI and DEX, CHA 18 for Regeneration Mastery
I'll stick with deathblow on takate and take swords as a second weapon for 3rd chapter undead fights. What about the third weapon? Is there any point in taking fencing weapons? Or maybe take daggers and dual wield them?
As for mage - melee mages seem really interesting because of ae regen weapons. What about feint with staff or dual wield with obsidian dagger in off-hand?
Would be glad to here your suggestions! And yes, the more i play the more interesting the game become
For the mage i would just skill the Daggers and/or Staffs so they can parry. In my opinion its way to risky to try to kill enemys with them, cause they are more usefull in buffing, healing and battelfield controle (want to get rid of the enemy mage? cast the berserker spell on him and watch when he runs around and killing his own people and dont cast spells and drinking potions). If you want spend more points in them make them ranged fighters, many people seem to recommand this, personally i didnt tried it.
and for the mages (biggest problem here if you put them in armor they will fail hard on casts) if you want them melee i think you should go for dodge and a spear maybe so they can do damage from the second row. casting first round, doing melee damage two rounds and than casting in the fourth round again. so your mana should regenrate enough to stay nearly on max.
i think the two handed fightingstyle is real risky with them, cause if you want cast effectivly with them they standing there in leather armor and i think in this case the most things they cast is heal on themselfes.
Aurelia as archer is a common choice if you want to abuse Shadow Force, but otherwise Aurelia can usually be useful enough as a pure mage.
