Blackguards - Repeted Quest Items

Well, after finishing the quest of Dendrim forest I went to a location with "?" symbol. I leave the PC like that for a while and after that the game was like "freezing" or stacked in the same location. So i got 4 quest Items with the word "DO". The quest of the 7 or 9 gods. Rebooting the game solve the problem, but not the repeted deleted items. I can not go back, because actually i am much more forwarded in the game.

I already finished the quest, and some stones disappear, but the repeted "DO" x3 are still there.... Any suggestion about to delete those quest items?.
