Online Multiplayer?

Will this game ever get online multiplayer? A few friends and I love this game but find it a shame that we can't all play together. A multiplayer mode would be awesome if you were thinking about it.

Its been said in the way past there wont be any multiplayer for this game.

Mltiplayer would ruin the game glad it has none

I disagree, for people who'd prefer to play solo there would be no change.
