Why is my ping super high on every server
even on servers where it says 50 before getting in my ping will be around 200 when i get inside.

The in-game "ping" isn't just your ping. It's your latency, basically how far "off" of the server you are. Your framerate and CPU speed have an effect on how in-sync you are with the server. Try lowering your settings (particularly sound quality) and see if it changes at all.

In the stupid frostbite engine more fps will net you less latency for some reason in online. The game works client side like Jim said, but I've never had such a huge discrepancy between the two values. Just like +20-30 more

Did lowering the sound quality work for you and if so how would i go about doing this because the servers say they have a ping of 25 then when i get in i am about 300 and can never finish a round without getting kicked

Part of it is the Frostbite engine, maybe. But all games have higher latency than just your ping. BFBC2 just happens to be about the only game that is honest about it.
