Enter Serial Key?

I tried logging in after awhile and after accepting the terms of service it says enter serial key and i'm not sure where to find it to enter it. So if anyone can be of assistance that'd be great.

click on bad company

look to the right under "LINK"

find "serial key/CD key" (or something like that)

click on it

Theres the key

I can't find on their website, where you "Redeem a code".

Go to "my account" in ea website then you will see "redeem cd key" or something like that.

Yeah, steam fcked up, they found out that if you get the serial key, you can enter it on origin, and get the game for free forever with ea play, now we can't play online :/

I wrote a lengthy reply on one of the more recent discussions about this but basically you need to raise a case with EA help through their website and they will add it to your EA origin account after having a live chat with them. The process took about 1-2 hours for me today. They'll ask you to send screenshots to prove proof of purchase and everything is confirmed live on chat with them.

From there you can log back into your steam game and log in through the in-game login menu and it should recognise the content that's just been added via your case with EA help. Hope this helps.
